Privacy notice. What we process, why and for how long.

This notice describes the processing of personal data in connection with the intuiteam.hu website, under Article 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Effective from 27 October 2026.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.

Contact form

Data processed: name (optional), email address, the text of the message, the time of sending, and whether it was sent from the Hungarian or the English page
Purpose: replying to the enquiry, discussing it, making an offer
Legal basis: for a request for an offer: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for other enquiries: the legitimate interest of the controller in replying to enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f))
Retention: for 1 year after the enquiry is closed. If the enquiry leads to a contract, the data is kept for the statutory periods that apply to the contract.
Where it is stored: the message arrives by email in the info@intuiteam.hu mailbox, and a backup copy is saved on the web hosting, in a folder that cannot be reached from the web

To operate its servers, the hosting provider may keep technical logs (for example the visitor’s IP address and the time of the request). The provider handles these under its own rules. We do not transfer the data to third countries, and we do not pass it on to any other recipient.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not use cookies, and it does not use analytics or advertising tools either. The fonts are also loaded from our own server, so no external provider receives data about your visit.

We save one technical flag in the browser’s session storage (sessionStorage), so that the opening animation is shown only once per session. It contains no personal data, and it is deleted when the browser window is closed.

If you choose a language with the language selector, your choice is saved in the browser’s local storage (localStorage), so that the site opens in the same language on your next visit. This contains no personal data either, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings. If you do not choose, the Hungarian or the English page opens on your first visit based on your browser’s language setting, and nothing is saved for this.

The state of the game hidden on the site (the white rabbit) is also saved in the browser’s local storage: how many rabbits you caught, which level you are on, and when the rabbit can come back. This contains no personal data either, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

External links on the site (for example LinkedIn or our partners’ sites) lead to other providers’ sites, where their own privacy rules apply.

Your rights

Regarding the data we process about you, you may at any time request:

information about and access to your data,
the rectification or erasure of your data,
the restriction of processing,
receiving your data in a structured, machine-readable format (data portability),
and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You can send your request to info@intuiteam.hu. We reply within one month at the latest.

Remedies

If you feel that the processing infringes your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, or turn to the courts. We suggest that you contact us first, as the matter may be resolved quickly.

Data security and changes

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. The folder where form messages are saved cannot be reached from the web, and only the controller has access to the mailbox and the hosting.

If this notice changes, the updated version will appear on this page, with its effective date.
